USA leads the standings with three points after a 6-1 regulation win against Finland. Canada is locked in a close second after beating Sweden in overtime.

Victor Hedman speaks with reporters postgame

One of hockey's great rivalries will be on full display on Saturday night as the United States faces Canada in the 4 Nations Face-Off tournament.

Both teams will enter Saturday's matchup with one win each. On Wednesday, Canada beat Sweden 4-3 in overtime, with the game staying tight from start to finish. The Americans beat Finland 6-1 on Thursday.

The matchup will feature four Tampa Bay Lightning players, which include Brayden Point, Anthony Cirelli and Brandon Hagel alongside head coach Jon Cooper and Julien BriseBois as Assistant GM for Team Canada. Jake Guentzel will be representing Team USA. Lightning captain Victor Hedman played for Sweden earlier in the day.

Jake Guentzel had one goal and an assist on Thursday night, scoring off a pass from Toronto captain Auston Matthews. "Free Bird," which is Team USA’s goal song, blared throughout the Bell Centre.

Brayden Point had a hand in Canada's second goal on Opening Night as he found Brad Marchand on a 2-on-1 to extend the team's lead to 2-0 over Sweden.

"Saturday night in Canada, against Canada -- I don't think there's much better than this for a hockey player of this level," Jake Guentzel told reporters on Friday. "The crowd's going to be intense, it's going to be hostile, it's going to be all of the above, and it's going to be a lot of fun."
