Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman has a couple connections across the league, but this might be the most interesting.

The Tampa Bay Lightning won a thrilling game against the New Jersey Devils 4-3 in overtime on Thursday night. The game winning goal was scored by Darren Raddysh at 1:52 of the extra frame.
The assist here from Nikita Kucherov was magical, and made Raddysh's job of getting the puck on net easier. Raddysh finished the game with the one goal in addition to three hits and two shots in 25:13 of ice time.
This happened on the same night that another defenseman (Darnell Nurse) scored an overtime winning goal - as the Edmonton Oilers won 3-2 against the Detroit Red Wings.

Why do I bring up the Oilers? It turns out that Raddysh has a very special connection to the team - his agent.
Raddysh's agent is none other than David Gagner. David is the father of veteran NHLer -and current Oilers forward- Sam Gagner. David has been a player agent for many years.

Dave only became his agent part-way into his current contract - but led negotiations for his contract extension that takes effect this off season. Raddysh's agent before Dave is yet another Oilers connection.

Jeff Jackson took on the role of CEO of Hockey Operations with the Oilers organization at the beginning of August this past off season. Before that, he was also a player agent. In addition to being Connor McDavid's agent he was also Raddysh's agent.
When people say that the hockey community is a small one, they aren't kidding. Cool little bits of trivia like this one put that saying on full display.
