This former Lightning star is having a marvelous postseason.

With the Tampa Bay Lightning's season over, now seems like a great time to examine how former players are performing for their current clubs.

Vancouver Canucks forward J.T. Miller is certainly a player whom Lightning fans should pay attention to. The former Bolt has been spectacular for the Canucks this postseason, just like he was during the regular season.

Miller, 31, has been on fire for the Canucks, posting two goals and a team-leading 11 points in nine postseason games thus far. What's more encouraging about his play is that he has been improving as the postseason has continued. In his first three second-round games against the Edmonton Oilers, he has one goal and five points.

Miller has blossomed into a star since being dealt to the Canucks, and he is continuing to prove that this postseason. This kind of excellent production is coming after he set new career highs with 37 goals and 103 points this regular season.

From here, it will be intriguing to see how Miller plays for the rest of the postseason. If he keeps dominating like he has been, the Canucks have a real shot of going on a run this postseason.
