Brayden Point Will Be Looking To Have A Bounce-Back Year With The Lightning
Point is entering this season as a major bounce-back candidate for the Lightning. In 63 games during the 2025-26 season, he posted 18 goals, 32 assists, and 50 points. This was after he recorded at least 42 goals and 82 points in each of his three previous seasons. With that, it is clear that he has the potential to bounce back this season.
If Point regains his top form, it will be huge for a Lightning club that is looking to keep its Stanley Cup window open. The 10-year NHL veteran is incredibly important part of the Lightning's roster, so they need him to be on his A-game this year.
It will be fascinating to see what kind of season Point puts together for Tampa Bay in 2026-27.
