The Lightning are coming off a tough loss last night to Toronto, but they’ll get a chance to turn the page quickly and grab two points before their road-trip ends.
Brandon Hagel led the Lightning in goals and points against Montreal last season. Nikita Kucherov and Mikhail Sergachev were tied for the team lead in assists. Lightning Captain Steven Stamkos has found the scoresheet in 16 of his last 18 contests against Montreal.
The Habs haven’t played since Saturday night when they visited the St. Louis Blues. They’ll be well-rested, while the Bolts are coming off an intense overtime game in Toronto last night.
