Throughout their history, the Tampa Bay Lightning have had just three players wear the number 75, all of which have only worn it for a single season.

Long before he was the captain of the Anaheim Ducks, defenseman Radko Gudas was a prospect in the Lightning organization. When he earned his first NHL opportunity during the 2012-13 season, he became the first player in Lightning history to take the ice wearing the number 75. After a single season, he changed his number to 7, which he's gone on to wear for the majority of his career.

Long time Syracuse Crunch alternate captain Daniel Walcott was the next player to take the number 75, wearing it in the only NHL game of his career to date during the 2020-21 season. 

During his first game with the Lightning, goaltender Brandon Halverson also wore the number 75 during the 2024-25 season. After a disappointing performance, he changed to the number 33 at the NHL level for the 2025-26 season.
