‘Loewe’: Maple Leafs’ William Nylander Poses in Luxurious Clothing Brand In Latest Instagram Post

The post comes a few days after the forward was seen training in Sweden, making an appearance at a local summer camp in Stockholm.

The Maple Leafs made long-term commitments to Chris Tanev and Oliver Ekman-Larsson. Is it enough to remake the look and feel of Toronto's defense?

The summer of Toronto Maple Leafs star forward William Nylander continues to unfold.

Alongside teammate Max Domi, Nylander has been especially active on social media this offseason. Just days ago, he was spotted training in Stockholm and visiting a local summer camp, where he took photos with fans.

On Friday, Nylander shared his latest adventure on Instagram, captioning the post "loewe" in reference to the luxurious clothing brand he was wearing. He showcased the brand's t-shirt and blue jeans, both featuring the company's emblem.

They don't call him 'Willy Styles' for nothing.

The exact location of Nylander’s photo is unclear, but the presence of Galeries Bartoux (art gallery) and European flags in the background suggests he is still endeavoring in Europe. The fans of Leafs nation took to the comment section to voice their approval of the latest sign of life from Nylander when one commenter said, “The Swedish King has posted.”

Another added, “Best Instagram in the National (Hockey League).”

With a third chiming in saying, “Love the fit” accompanied by a fire emoji and “Happy to see you enjoying your vacation.”

Previously, Nylander was spotted at the prestigious Wimbledon tournament with fellow Swede and junior tennis player William Rejchtman Vinciguerra. He has also been vacationing in a tropical destination, relaxing with his dogs, and working out with his brother Alex, who recently joined the AHL's Toronto Marlies.

The 28-year-old signed an eight-year, $92 million contract extension with the Leafs in January, set to begin in the 2024-25 season.

Nylander’s 2023-24 campaign was marked by a career-high 40 goals and 58 assists, narrowly missing the 100-point milestone. His outstanding performance made him a priority for the Leafs, who were eager to secure him before he reached NHL free agency in July. The deal, which includes a full no-movement clause, underscores the organization's belief in his crucial role offensively in the team's future.

As the calendar turns past August 1, it’ll be interesting to see what other summer activities Nylander has planned before the offseason starts to ramp up ahead of training camp.
