It’s no secret that Toronto Maple Leafs star forward William Nylander embraces the bright lights. His newest spotlight is found in a promotion for October’s Very Own’s (OVO) Winter ‘24 “All-Canadian” clothing collection. In collaboration with the NHL, this limited-edition capsule celebrates Canada’s seven NHL franchises with a new lineup of exclusive merchandise.
Announced on ‘octobersveryown’ Instagram account on Thursday, Nylander models a handful of OVO items in a five-picture carousel.
This isn’t the first time that rapper Drake and OVO have collaborated with the Maple Leafs or the NHL. In 2022, Leafs legends Doug Gilmour and Curtis Joseph modeled for the OVO line that celebrated the icons of hockey – and gear that donned the blue and white, of course.
The clothing drop offers apparel for the Montreal Canadiens, Edmonton Oilers, Calgary Flames, Vancouver Canucks, Winnipeg Jets, Ottawa Senators, and the Maple Leafs.
