WWE and the Maple Leafs have collaborated before. But they are taking it to a new level this year with a new take on one of the most iconic wrestling shirts.
The WWE and the Toronto Maple Leafs are collaborating again ahead of the wrestling promotions' Money In The Bank premium live event this Saturday at Scotiabank Arena.
Beginning Thursday, fans attending the festivities can check out the WWE Fanatics store located at the Rec Room and see all kinds of WWE and event-specific merch.
But perhaps the best one of the bunch is a new take on Stone Cold Steve Austin's iconic 'Austin 3:16' shirt.
There is a new white shirt with blue printing that says 'Auston 3:16' inspired by Toronto Maple Leafs start Auston Matthews.

This is the first time there has ever been an official shirt with Auston's name as part of the 3:16 and it's certainly not the first time that the Toronto Maple Leafs or Leafs player collaborated before.
WWE's biggest star right now, Cody Rhodes, collaborated with the Maple Leafs on a new t-shirt and weightlifting belt that has both the Leafs and the wrestler's logo.
In the last two years, former WWE wrestler Edge collaborated on a couple of different Leafs shirts and was the first to do it in 2021.
But this new take on Austin's shirt with Auston's name is sure to be popular. And if it looks familiar, you probably remember when a group of Leafs fans attended the 2016 NHL Draft in Buffalo and created their own 'Auston 20:16 shirts' to commemorate the star's first moment as a Leaf.
