William Nylander to start training camp at center, while Calle Jarnkrok returned to Maple Leafs practice on Saturday after missing several days with an injury. The 32-year-old had something come up in practice earlier this week and was considered day-to-day, Maple Leafs head coach Sheldon Keefe said on Wednesday. Jarnkrok hasn't appeared in a pre-season game yet for Toronto but did skate with William Nylander and Max Domi during the non-game group's practice on Saturday. After playing 15:37 in Montreal on Friday, Tyler Bertuzzi returned to Toronto's top line with Auston Matthews and Mitch Marner. Max Ellis skates in what's likely a placeholder role alongside John Tavares and Sam Lafferty, who also played in Friday's game. After acting as a placeholder with Matthews and Marner during Friday's main-group practice, Bobby McMann is again skating with the non-playing players. This time, though, the 27-year-old is skating on the fourth line with Ryan Reaves and David Kampf. This is McMann's third practice after missing the beginning of Maple Leafs training camp with a lingering injury from last season.
