Despite not scoring a goal through the Coyotes first seven games, Logan Cooley is still playing with confidence and continues to flash his offensive potential.

To start the 2023-24 season, Logan Cooley has been phenomenal for the Arizona Coyotes.

The 19-year-old currently has five assists and is playing critical minutes on the first wave of the power play.

However, the one thing that Cooley is still yet to do is score.

He has certainly had an abundance of chances to do so but the bounces have just not gone his way just yet.

Despite still not having a goal, Cooley is still playing with confidence. He continues to flash off his electrifying speed and puck handling skills.

The young rookie has speed that many players would dream of having as he is able to really generate chances out of nothing just with skating abilities.

Arguably the best part of Cooley’s game thus far has been his playmaking hence his five assists. It’s a trait that will be valuable especially when he starts getting his scoring touch, making him a two dimensional player.

Speaking of getting a scoring touch, for a young player scoring your first goal is definitely a barrier to overcome and for Cooley it has been just that.

He is so talented though that when he does score his first goal, it should have an extremely positive effect on him, boosting his confidence to new heights.

The Coyotes drafted Cooley because of his abilities on the offensive end. Cooley’s time will come and fans should not rush to press the panic button.
