Michael Carcone has fully seized his opportunity with the Coyotes to start this season and has become one of the team's top goalscorers.

Michael Carcone is playing some great hockey for the Arizona Coyotes.
The 27-year-old forward is currently second amongst all Coyotes players with nine goals, an impressive feat for a player who is really playing his first full season in the NHL.
Due to a multitude of injuries, Carcone has found his way to the third line and is taking advantage of this opportunity.
Carcone scored a hat trick earlier in the season and on Tuesday night against the Tampa Bay Lightning, he scored two goals propelling the Coyotes to a 3-1 victory.
The best way to describe Carcone’s game is fearless. He hustles each and every game he is on the ice and plays with a little bit of a chip on his shoulder.
He is also fearless in the way he battles for the puck. Despite just standing at 5’9’’, Carcone plays a tough and scrappy game as he is unafraid to go into the dirty areas and is willing to go toe-to-toe with any player no matter how tall.
Carcone is a player that has earned a roster spot, earned an increased role and is fully deserving of this recent scoring surge.
While Carcone showed off his impressive skill sets with the Tucson Roadrunners last season tallying 31 goals, 54 assists and 85 points, it speaks volumes that he is continuing his success at the NHL level.
This is only the start for Carcone who has overcome all odds and now has all of the sudden become one of the Coyotes most lethal goalscorers.
