Happy Thanksgiving! On this great day here are a few players the Coyotes should be thankful for.

It's Thanksgiving and the Arizona Coyotes have a lot to be thankful for. Here are three players Coyotes fans should be thankful to have the opportunity to watch.

Clayton Keller:

Clayton Keller has been Arizona’s franchise player basically since his first full season back in 2017.

The 25-year-old forward possesses the speed and puck handling skills of an NHL superstar and is arguably the main attraction when watching a Coyotes game.

When Keller is skating it’s almost as if he is gliding on the ice and it just seems so effortless for him because of his tremendous skill.

Keller is having a great start to the season tallying seven goals, 11 assists and 18 points in 19 games as he is on pace for yet another fantastic year.

Sean Durzi:

The Coyotes have been searching for a number one defenceman and they finally found one when they traded for Sean Durzi this summer.

The 25-year-old is such a smooth skater who is extremely steady and sound with the puck, making very little mistakes.

Durzi is very offensive minded. He occasionally pinches, going to the net when he feels necessary and has a great shot from the point which is extremely useful on the power play.

It’s also important to note that Durzi leads all Coyotes players with 23:28 minutes of ice time per game meaning he is arguably one of the team’s most valuable players.

Through 19 games, Durzi has five goals, seven assists and 12 points and if he continues his impressive play, he should shatter his career highs in every statistical category.

Matias Maccelli:

There are a lot of players on the Coyotes who should be thankful for Matias Maccelli because of his playmaking abilities.

The 23-year-old is literally a wizard with the puck on his stick making passes that are just jaw dropping to watch.

Maccelli is always three steps ahead of anyone on the ice and it seems he has eyes in the back of his head the way he is able to find players really out of nowhere.

He currently has three goals, 12 assists and 15 points. It’s only a matter of time before Maccelli becomes a household name.
