Clayton Keller's surprisingly great chemistry with one Toronto Maple Leafs forward helped lead Team Matthews to win the 2024 NHL All-Star Game.
Arizona Coyotes forward Clayton Keller and Team Matthews emerged victorious at the 2024 NHL All-Star Game on Saturday.
This year, the All-Star game had a different format as four captains were selected to pick from a pool of players and compete in a tournament.
Keller was selected by the team captained by Auston Matthews of the Toronto Maple Leafs and the two star forwards seemed to have some fantastic chemistry.
Through Team Matthews’ two games played, Keller tallied one goal and three assists and four points en route to winning both games and therefore the All-Star game tournament.
The winning team gets a one million dollar prize split between all the players.
The other players drafted by Team Matthews include William Nylander, Mitch Marner, Jake Oettinger, Mathew Barzal, Igor Shesterkin, Filip Forsberg, Alex DeBrincat, Vincent Trocheck.
