Utah Hockey Club's forward Jack McBain has now surpassed his goal total from last season after he scored his ninth goal of the season.
His previous total from last season was only eight in 67 games.
However, this season, in only 26 games, he has scored nine goals and now puts him only five back of setting a new career high.
His career high up to this point in his career is 12 goals, which he will likely pass within the next 10 games.
If McBain can reach 20 goals on the season, it will have a large impact on Utah's season. Every NHL team needs great depth scoring, and McBain has a real chance to lead the charge for Utah's secondary scoring.
