Michael Kesselring has been fined for his cross-check on Maxwell Crozier in the Coyotes' 6-3 loss to the Lightning.
Arizona Coyotes defenseman Michael Kesselring has been fined $2,408.85, the maximum allowable under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, for cross-checking Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Maxwell Crozier on Thursday night.
The play occurred immediately after Lawson Crouse scored in the third period as Kesslering brought Crozier which caused a massive scrum with the players on the ice.
Kesselring was given two minor penalties for cross-checking and a 10-minute game misconduct.
There was no suspension attached to the fine that Kesselring received so he will be good to go in the Coyotes’ next matchup on Saturday night against the Carolina Hurricanes.
