The NHL Draft is less than three weeks away, but prospects are already back in school -- with pictures, to boot.
The NHL Combine may be wrapping up today in Buffalo -- and the flagship championship showcase of the league starts too, but another annual tradition is just getting started on social media.
Every NHL franchise takes some time every year to flash back to when their own star players were young through photos from the NHL Combine.
This especially is true for those involved in the Stanley Cup Final, in the cases of the Florida Panthers and the Edmonton Oilers.
(The league actually took time to flash back through the years of Matthew Tkachuk earlier this week on Instagram.)
While unfortunately, I couldn't find pictures of the young guns for Utah (help me out!), the league is throwing us a bone here by giving us a look at the future stars at this week's combine.
But it's safe to say, despite the media noise in Buffalo, the Oilers and Panthers have a lot bigger things on their plate right now.
