The Utah Hockey Club will be without Sean Durzi for a long time.

The Utah Hockey Club just received some bad news on the injury front.

According to Utah general manager Bill Armstrong, Sean Durzi will be out for the foreseeable future with an upper-body injury.

Durzi suffered this apparent injury during the Hockey Club’s Monday afternoon loss to the New Jersey Devils after taking a hit from Jonas Siegenthaler.

The 25-year-old appeared to hurt his left shoulder, but Armstrong did not elaborate on Durzi’s injury or his timetable for return.

Last season, Durzi recorded nine goals, 32 assists and 41 points in 76 games while averaging 22:43 minutes per game.
