
The Utah Hockey Club's training camp is underway at the Olympic Oval, and the club also completed its media team Friday.
Utah HC unveiled its radio broadcast partner, The KSL Sports Zone, as its official home audio outlet for the season, along with the announcement of Mike Folta as the inaugural play-by-play voice.
Folta joins the club from the Rockford IceHogs, the club stated in a press release Friday, where he helped to increase the listenership by 57% in his first season.
All games will be broadcast on 1280AM/97.5 FM The KSL Sports Zone throughout the season, with select games being simulcast on KSL NewsRadio 1160 AM.
Additionally, the club's first television broadcast will be Sunday's pre-season opener against the St. Louis Blues, to be on KUPX channel 16 at 5:00 p.m. Mountain time.
