The 2024 third-round pick was seen in improving his strength, agility, and more with some other young stars in Quebec.

Tomas Lavoie was the 89th overall pick in the 2024 Upper Deck NHL Draft by the Utah Hockey Club.

But he certainly didn't look like it at prospect camp in Park City a month ago.

And he certainly doesn't show it in the way he's putting in the work in the gym this off-season.

Check out this compilation on Instagram from Alex Granger, who is a photographer for all things workout related at Gym Armure in Quebec, which shows Lavoie with Nathan Wright and Quincy Supprien.

You have to admit it looks cooler in black and white colors, too.

Lavoie's work ethic is reminiscent of what general manager Bill Armstrong described about first-round pick Cole Beaudoin, which Armstrong called a potential organization-changer.

It appears that work ethic is trickling down to other prospects within the organization, signed to contracts or not.

But regardless, it shows how much players from top to bottom are committed to getting better, which is a different feel from a few months ago when the club was still in Arizona.
