The Utah Hockey Club hosts the Tampa Bay Lightning tonight at the Delta Center at 3:00 P.M. MT/ 5:00 P.M. EST. This is the first meeting between the two teams, and will play again in less than a week.

Utah is looking to continue their strong play from the game against the Buffalo Sabres, to push themselves into the final wild card spot in the Western Conference. They sit just four points behind the St. Louis Blues with a game in hand.

    Players to Watch:

Similar to the game against the Sabres, with so much riding on these games, expect the top-end talent to step up in a big way. Players like Clayton Keller, Dylan Guenther, and Mikhail Sergachev will bring their best performance and put the team on their backs to try and push for the playoffs.

For Sergachev, this game carries extra significance—it’s his first time facing his former team since being traded in the offseason. He’ll likely be motivated to make an impact against his old teammates and friends.
