Josh Leivo has entered the record book in the KHL. In scoring his 49th goal of the campaign, the former Vancouver Canucks winger broke the KHL record for goals in a season. Leivo is currently playing for Salavat Yulaev Ufa and also leads the KHL with 80 points.

Leivo played 85 of his 265 NHL games with the Canucks. He arrived via trade from the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2018 for Michael Carcone. Leivo recorded 17 goals and 37 points during his time in Vancouver before signing with the Calgary Flames in the 2020 offseason.
