The Vancouver Canucks welcome the New Jersey Devils to Rogers Arena on Wednesday night.

The Vancouver Canucks (4-1-3) wrap up their three-game homestand on Wednesday night as they welcome the New Jersey Devils (6-4-2) to town. Nicknamed "The Hughes Bowl," this will be the second time that Quinn, Jack and Luke Hughes all hit the ice in a game together. Last year, the two teams split their season series, with both teams picking up a win while on the road.

One of the biggest storylines heading into this game surrounds the Canucks power play, which has struggled this season. Currently operating at 20%, they have failed to score so far during the homestand and, at times, haven't even been able to set up in the offensive zone. In what is projected to be a close game, converting on the power play could be the difference between getting back in the win column and suffering a second straight loss.

    Players to Watch:

    Quinn Hughes:

Eight games in, and Vancouver's captain is once again looking like a Norris Trophy candidate. Quinn Hughes currently sits third on the team with eight points but leads all Canucks players with 31 shots on goal. With eight assists in eight games versus the Devils, Wednesday could be the night Hughes finally beats a New Jersey goaltender, with his brothers getting a front-row seat.

    Jack Hughes:

Unfortunately, Jack Hughes is off to a strong start with 10 points in his first 12 games. Last season, he had a night to remember at Rogers Arena, scoring a goal and adding two assists in a Devils win. With points in three of his last four games, it is going to be a challenge to keep the middle Hughes off the scoresheet.
