The Vancouver Canucks blue line will look a little different on Wednesday against the Calgary Flames. While the Canucks will be getting captain Quinn Hughes back, Tyler Myers will not be in the lineup. During his pre-game availability, Rick Tocchet indicated that some players were banged up but did not list anybody by name.
Latest From THN’s Vancouver Canucks Site:
While losing Myers is significant, Hughes' return should provide the team with a massive boost. Hughes has missed the last four games with an injury and has only played three of Vancouver's last 13 games. Based on line rushes, Hughes will be partnered with Marcus Pettersson and should see some significant time on the power play.
The Canucks are back in action on Wednesday when they take on Calgary. This will be the final of four meetings between these two teams, with the Flames currently holding a 2-1 series lead. Game time is set for 6:00 pm PT from Scotiabank Saddledome.
