It didn't take long for the 35-year-old to find a new job, as he will be joining the Ottawa Senators [http://thn.com/ottawa] as the Director of Player Development. This past season, Gagner played 19 games for the Belleville Senators [http://thn.com/ahl] and was Team Canada's captain at the Spengler Cup.
