This week, we’ll be looking at what the Canucks got up to from November 25 to December 1. The Canucks were on their eastern road trip for the entire week, starting with a stop in Boston. In this game, Kevin Lankinen registered his second shutout of the season, making an impressive 33 saves. Things didn’t look too great when Vancouver ended the first period down 4–1, and then fell to an even worse 5–1 deficit halfway through the game. Jake DeBrusk sealed the 5–4 win for Vancouver with a hat trick that included the game-winning goal in overtime. The victory clinched a record for Lankinen, who became the only goaltender in the history of the NHL to start with ten straight wins on the road.
