Vegas Golden Knights goalie has missed 14 games with a lower-body injury.

Adin Hill is looking closer to returning after skating with the team during Friday’s practice.
“He’s back skating with the group, so that’s another step,” Vegas coach Bruce Cassidy said. “I anticipate we’ll see Adin at some point next week if he keeps making those steps in practice.”
Hill started the Dec. 17 game against the Ottawa Senators but left 6:25 into the game with a lower-body injury. He missed seven games prior and has missed the last seven games since Dec. 17.
Hill’s return could help get Logan Thompson back on track.
Thompson has seen an increased workload with Hill out. Of the 14 games Hill missed, Thompson has started all but three of them and came in relief against Ottawa.
Since entering the game against the Senators, Thompson has allowed 22 goals on 170 shots in his past six games, including a back-to-back stint against Anaheim and Los Angeles.
