The Capitals will see several current and former players hit the links for a good cause on Monday.

Several current and former Washington Capitals are set to hit the links for some golf for a good cause on Monday.

Newest Capitals Pierre-Luc Dubois, Matt Roy and Logan Thompson, along with T.J. Oshie, John Carlson and more players and alumni, are scheduled to participate in the Swing For The Future event at Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, Virginia on Aug. 19.

Oshie and Carlson both played in the American Century Championship back in July.

Dylan Strome, Nic Dowd, Trevor van Riemsdyk and Connor McMichael, along with former Washington skaters Nicolas Aube-Kubel, Anthony Mantha, Conor Sheary and Nick Jensen, will also play, along with Karl Alzner and Braden Holtby.

Dubois, Roy, Thompson, Aube-Kubel, Mantha, Jensen and Carlson have all been skating together over the last few weeks as part of informal skates.

The Swing For The Future event looks to raise money for the fight against Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
