WASHINGTON — The Washington Capitals are back in action, and with three straight wins under their belt after busting out of a recent skid, they'll try to keep the ball rolling against the Seattle Kraken.

Here's what to know before puck drop at 3:30 p.m. ET at Capital One Arena.

    Washington Capitals Line Combinations

The Capitals will see Anthony Beauvillier debut with the team after being acquired on Friday, and he'll slot in the fourth line alongside Nic Dowd and Brandon Duhaime in place of Ethen Frank. Charlie Lindgren will start.

    Here are the combinations:

                                    Alex Ovechkin-Dylan Strome-Tom Wilson

                         Connor McMichael-Pierre-Luc Dubois-Aliaksei Protas

                                  Andrew Mangiapane-Lars Eller-Taylor Raddysh

                                  Brandon Duhaime-Nic Dowd-Anthony Beauvillier

                                                  Rasmus Sandin-John Carlson

                                                    Martin Fehervary-Matt Roy

                                          Jakob Chychrun-Trevor van Riemsdyk

                                                             Charlie Lindgren

                                                             Logan Thompson

    Washington Capitals Stats

    - Tom Wilson has goals in three straight games and is one away from hitting the 30-goal mark for the first time in his career.

    - Dylan Strome and Pierre-Luc Dubois also have points in three straight outings.

    Washington Capitals Storylines

    - Alex Ovechkin is 10 goals away from breaking Wayne Gretzky's all-time goals record and has 10 goals in his last 13 games. He has yet to score on Joey Daccord, and he'd be the 182nd goaltender in NHL history he's scored on (adding to his record).

    - Look out for Aliaksei Protas, who busted out last game with a three-point outing.

    - Anthony Beauvillier wants to bring energy and grit to the lineup, and should be able to thrive in that role on the fourth line. Watch for them to be dangerous.
