- Pierre-Luc Dubois has goals in back-to-back games and points in three of his last four outings, as does Tom Wilson.

- Alex Ovechkin has 10 goals in his last 12 games and is 10 goals away from breaking Wayne Gretzky's all-time goals record.

- Watch out for Ethen Frank, who had an assist last game and will look to prove he still belongs in the lineup after the acquisition of Anthony Beauvillier.
