The Capitals got a plethora of injury updates.

ARLINGTON, V.A. — The Washington Capitals will have to wait and see if Alex Ovechkin will be good to go on Sunday against the Los Angeles Kings, as the captain will be a game-time decision.
Head coach Spencer Carbery announced that Ovechkin's status is up in the air after missing practice due to maintenance. The maintenance day was related to an apparent injury he suffered late in the third period on Friday after colliding with Jordan Staal and having the Carolina Hurricanes captain fall on the back of his leg.
Missing Ovechkin would be a tough blow against the high-flying Kings. The 38-year-old is on a four-game point streak and appears to be recapturing his scoring touch.
Meanwhile, Charlie Lindgren's also a TBD for Sunday and will be re-evaluated after practice. He remains day-to-day with an upper-body injury that he suffered back in the opening minutes of the team's game against the New York Islanders on Dec. 29.
Rasmus Sandin, who missed Friday's game due to illness, will miss his second straight game as he continues to recover. He did not skate on Saturday.
In other injury news, Sonny Milano continued skating in a non-contact jersey and stayed on for the entirety of practice and for extra work. The 26-year-old remains week-to-week.
As for T.J. Oshie, he is still home in Minnesota, undergoing treatment to address an upper-body injury. It is unclear when he will return to the Capitals or his timeline.
Washington faces Los Angeles at 3 p.m..ET on Sunday.
