Canada Life Centre will look a little different for the 2023-24 season.

True North Sports + Entertainment has unveiled its $13 million offseason project, as highlighted by various changes and upgrades to its downtown Winnipeg venue.

As fans in attendance for Monday evening's preseason home opener saw, Canada Life Centre is sporting a few new looks internally for the 2023-24 season.

Although the exterior of the rink does feature a few new player posters, the most noticeable changes include new food and beverage concession options, a new premium suite seating area, an expanded north concourse, as well as new premium lounge spaces throughout the venue.

With a considerable amount of the work completed on the new lounge areas and expanded concourse, construction is still underway, but the team intends on having everything 100 percent complete by the Saturday, October 14 home opener against the Florida Panthers.

Food offerings for the 2023-24 season include Burrito 204, Hot or Not Chicken and YWG Burger. The burger joint will also include the option to purchase the Salisbury House Nip.

A new menu of craft beer options for patrons has also been released, with selections from Little Brown Jug, Kilter Brewing, Trans Canada Beer, Banded Peak and Stanley Park Brewing.

Canada Life Centre also now stocks over 20 listings of wine in its premium lounge spaces, while offering single serve bottles and poured glasses throughout the concession area.

Up in the 300 level, the Crown Royal Whiskey Hangar will offer new signature Crown Royal cocktails. The Bud Red Light Bar (section 212) and the Michelob Ultra Fan Deck (section 329) will also be staple locations for $6 pre-game beer specials.
