Hundreds of fans flocked to Tuxedo to see a hometown hero arrive on a vintage pickup, before taking exclusive photos of the local star and hockey’s ultimate prize.
Winnipeg's most recent Stanley Cup winner, Seth Jarvis, brought hockey's greatest prize to his local community club in Tuxedo on Monday afternoon.
The celebration was highlighted by Jarvis' arrival on a 1940 Chevrolet pickup truck, a winding line made up of hundreds of Winnipeggers - some of which had gathered as early as 5:30 AM to be first in line - a candy station and photograph area where fans could meet Seth, get an up close and personal look at the Stanley Cup, while posing for a picture with the Carolina Hurricanes champion.
