The Winnipeg Jets have opted to call up Brad Lambert from the Manitoba Moose.
On Thursday morning, the Winnipeg Jets announced the recall of three forwards and one goaltender from the American Hockey League's Manitoba Moose.
Leading the way was star prospect Brad Lambert. The 19-year-old sits second among all AHL rookies in scoring and first in assists.
He, alongside Nikita Chibrikov will make their NHL debuts on Thursday night in a game against the visiting Vancouver Canucks.
Forward Parker Ford and backstop Collin Delia were also called up to the show.
To make room for the duo, Winnipeg will sit a number of key players in hopes that the added rest will provide some extra zip in their step come the Stanley Cup Playoffs, set to begin this weekend from Canada Life Centre.
The Jets will close out their 2023-24 season on Thursday night against the Vancouver Canucks. The game will feature a 7:00 PM central puck drop and will be broadcast live on TSN.
