The Winnipeg Jets' 2023-24 roster is set, as the team has announced its final restricted free agent signing of the 2023 offseason.
On Wednesday, Bowmanville, ON. product Declan Chisholm agreed to terms on a one-year, two-way deal with Winnipeg, featuring a $775K cap hit at the NHL level.
Despite playing on a two-way contract, Chisholm is no longer Waiver-exempt and will be exposed to all clubs should the Jets want to send him to the minors at any point onward.
Should he play the 2023-24 season with the American Hockey League's Manitoba Moose, the 23-year-old would make $90K. His contract also carries a guaranteed $120K, no matter what level he is playing at.

Chisholm, a 2018 fifth-round draft pick, put up five goals and 43 points to go alongside 21 penalty minutes in 59 games for the Moose last year - where he spent the entire season.
He picked up another four assists in five postseason games for Manitoba, falling just short of his two-goal, seven-point playoff the year before.

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound blueliner made his NHL debut two years back and suited up in two games that season. Chisholm played his major-junior hockey with the Ontario Hockey League's Peterborough Petes, before jumping aboard the Moose train in 2020-21.
Chisholm has 16 goals, 86 points and 59 penalty minutes in 140 career regular season AHL games, and another two goals, 11 points and two penalty minutes in 10 playoff matchups.
