For the second time in 24 hours, the 21-9-4 Winnipeg Jets will take on the Minnesota Wild.
Following Saturday's 4-2 victory over the Wild, Winnipeg will look to keep the good times rolling in the second game of the home-and-home from St. Paul on Sunday.
With forward Kirill Kaprizov leaving Saturday's game injured (for the second-straight game in Winnipeg) neither he nor goaltender Filip Gustavsson will suit up for the Wild at home.
There is expected to be no changes for the Jets Sunday afternoon other than that of the starting goaltender. Laurent Brossoit is expected to get the nod, while Marc-Andre Fleury will play in his 1,000th career game.
Winnipeg Jets expected line combinations for Sunday, December 31 vs. the Minnesota Wild:
Ehlers-Scheifele-Vilardi
Perfetti-Namestnikov-Iafallo
Niederreiter-Lowry-Appleton
Barron-Toninato-Jonsson-Fjallby
Morrissey-DeMelo
Dillon-Pionk
Samberg-Schmidt
Brossoit
Sunday's game features a 1:00 PM central start time and can be viewed live on TSN.
