The 29-12-3 Winnipeg Jets are set to host the 19-13-10 Vancouver Canucks from Canada Life Centre on Tuesday evening.
The all-Canadian tilt between Western Conference rivals will serve as the first of three matchups between the two clubs this season.
Vancouver is coming off a 3-0 shutout victory over Toronto on Saturday, while Winnipeg also defeated the Colorado Avalanche by the same score, on the same night.
The game will be the sixth of Winnipeg's season-high, eight-game homestand, to which the hosts have just a 2-1-2 record through the first five games.
Vladislav Namestnikov will remain out of the lineup on the team's injured reserve alongside Colin Miller, Mason Appleton and Haydn Fleury.
Connor Hellebuyck will start in goal for Winnipeg.
