Line Combinations: Jets vs. Panthers

The Winnipeg Jets will host their home opener on Saturday afternoon against Paul Maurice and the Florida Panthers at 3:00 PM central time. 

Failing to get the job done on opening night this past Wednesday, the Jets appear poised to turn to the same lineup that fell 5-3 to the Flames in Calgary. 

Despite outshooting their opponents and performing well on the power play, Winnipeg just couldn't quite get the job done when it mattered most in its season opener. 

Connor Hellebuyck will look to rebound from his 17-save loss, while the seemingly dangerous power play will hope to bulge the twine for the first time this season. 

Although going down hard at the end of Wednesday's game, forward Nikolaj Ehlers practiced in full with his teammates on Friday, signifying his recovery. The expectation is he will play on Saturday.
