The Jets will clash with the Wild on Saturday night.

The 23-10-1 Winnipeg Jets will host the 20-9-4 Minnesota Wild from Canada Life Centre on Saturday night.

Once dubbed as a meeting between the league's two best clubs, both teams have slightly fallen off their season-opening pace. The Central Division showdown, however, will showcase No. 1 vs. No. 6 and the two top clubs in the division.

Minnesota is coming off a three-game losing streak and has just two wins in its last seven games played - one of which came in overtime against Utah.

Winnipeg, on the other hand, isn't all that much better, having been unable to string wins together since starting the year an incredible 15-1.

It has been two wins, one loss, one win, two losses, etc., over the past month of play. The Jets most recently fell 3-2 to the Anaheim Ducks on Wednesday night on the road. They, too, will look to get back in the win column on Hockey Night in Canada.
