The Manitoba Moose continue to fill out their roster for the 2025-26 season.
On Tuesday, the club announced that it had signed four players to one-year contracts for the coming hockey season. Included in the announcement were two forwards and two defencemen.

The two forwards are Wisconsin product, Kevin Conley and Minnesota's Ethan Frisch. On defence are Abbotsford's Graham Sward and Texas product Chase Yoder.
Conley, 28, suited up in 34 games for Manitoba last season, scoring three goals and six points. He has skated in 129 AHL showings and has 13 goals and 27 points to boot. He has also spent time in the ECHL after his college hockey career with the NCAA's University of Nebraska-Omaha.
Frisch, 24, spent the past couple seasons with the AHL's San Jose Barracuda, where he has amassed four goals and 28 points. He registered three goals and 11 points in 63 games during the 2024-25 campaign. Prior to turning pro, the 5-foot-11, 195-pound blueliner skaked for four years with the University of North Dakota - also of the NCAA.
Sward, 21, skated two games for the Moose last year, to which he made his AHL debut. Formerly playing in Winnipeg with the former ICE, the 6-foot-4 defender went in the fifth round of the 2022 NHL Draft to the Nashville Predators. He also had two goals and 13 points in 47 games for the ECHL's Norfolk Admirals last year.
Yoder, 23, will look to turn pro in 2025-26 after five years at the Providence College (NCAA). He served as the team's captain the last two years and had five goals and 10 points in 37 games last year. He holds the Friars' record for most games played for the team in a single career (172 games). Yoder was originally selected in the sixth round of the 2020 NHL Draft by the Pittsburgh Penguins.
