Looking back at the most impressive single-game performances from the Jets historic 2024-25 season.

The Winnipeg Jets are coming off a historic season with all-time firsts across the board as the team played the best it could've played during the regular season. With a 56-22-4 record that was led by the league's best defence and an offence tied for top three, the 2024-25 Winnipeg Jets were a force to be reckoned with.

As things didn't ultimately turn out in their favor and they were eliminated in the second round, we look back at some of the standout performances from the start of the season all the way until their last game against Dallas.

Cole Perfetti in Game 7 of the First Round versus St. Louis Blues (May 4, 2025)

The Jets were on the verge of being eliminated in the first round in tragic fashion as they were down 3-1 with under two minutes to go. They pulled Hellebuyck and had the extra attacker. A quick wrist shot from Vladislav Namestnikov cut the lead to one but time was running out.

Cole Perfetti was having a sensational game as he scored the Jets first goal of the game but would go on to do something legendary. The puck would drop back to the point where Nikolaj Ehlers quickly passes to Kyle Connor as the clock is about to expire. Perfetti maneuvers into an open lane where Connor fires off a quick pass into the slot that Perfetti re-directs and makes it past Blues' Jordan Binnington to tie the game at 3-3 with under two seconds left.

The goal was instantly historic in Winnipeg history and hockey history. The goal wasn't for nothing as captain Adam Lowry would go on to score the game-winning goal in double-overtime. The game was an all-time memory for Jets fans and was just another chapter to a legendary season for the franchise.

    Connor Hellebuyck’s Franchise Record 45th Win (April 11, 2025)

In a key 4–0 win over the Dallas Stars, Hellebuyck posted his franchise-record 45th win and his eighth shutout of the season, stopping 25 shots. The game was just another in a long line of stellar performances for Hellebuyck and he would finished with a 47-12-3 record along with a 2.01 goals against average and a .925 save percentage that had the Vezina trophy race over with before the Four Nations break.

Hellebuyck established himself as one of if not the greatest American-born goaltenders in NHL history, recording 322 wins, the fifth most among American netminders. Among U.S. born goalies with at least 500 NHL appearances, he ranks second in career goals against average at 2.56 and holds the highest career save percentage at .918.

Kyle Connor First Period Hat Trick vs Vancouver Canucks (Jan 15, 2025)

Winnipeg's homegrown star out of Michigan has finally developed into a superstar as he's talents got himself named to Team USA for the Four Nations Face-Off this past February. One of the games that showed Connor's elite skills was his natural hat trick all in the first period in a 6-1 win over the Canucks.

It was Connor's sixth career hat trick with all three of the goals coming within the first seven minutes of the game, making it one of the fastest such feats in franchise and league history. Connor would go on to have a career-year, posting 41 goals and 56 assists for 97 points.
