The Winnipeg Jets' annual development camp is set to run from July 4-8.

Twenty-seven players have been invited to the five-day event taking place at the Jets' training facility, the Hockey For All Centre, situated just outside the West Perimeter.

Running from Tuesday through Saturday, the on-ice component will kick into gear on Wednesday. With each session open to the general public, Jets fans will be granted entry to the various ice surfaces free of charge for each skate.

27 young players will participate, including 16 forwards, eight defencemen and three goaltenders. 17 of the 27 are players drafted by the organization. The remaining 10 come to came as undrafted participants.

Five players (Tyrel Bauer, Parker Ford, Carson Golder, Brad Lambert, and Chaz Lucius) have previously suited up for the Jets' American Hockey League affiliate Manitoba Moose in past years.

Interesting players to watch include 2023 first round pick Colby Barlow, as well as goaltenders Thomas Milic and Domenic DiVincentiis - who each had stellar 2022-23 CHL seasons - as well as other previous first round picks Chaz Lucius (2021), Brad Lambert (2022) and Rutger McGroarty (2022).
