The Winnipeg Jets head to Edmonton for their preseason opener against the Oilers on Sunday.
With most Jets veterans staying home, a number of familiar faces have made the trip to Alberta and will suit up for Winnipeg at Rogers Centre.
A youthful line of Danny Zhilkin, Brad Lambert and Nikita Chibrikov should give Jets fans flashes of the future. Sunday's tilt will also be the first with Adam Lowry serving as Winnipeg's captain.
Puck drop is scheduled for 5:00 PM central time. The game will not be aired live on Sportsnet or TSN, but fans hoping to catch a glimpse can tune in to the livestream set to be played via the Jets' official website.
