The Winnipeg Jets return home to face Edmonton at Canada Life Centre on Monday.

Following their 2-1 shootout victory over the Edmonton Oilers in Alberta on Sunday evening, the Winnipeg Jets will host the same Oilers squad from Canada Life Centre on Monday.

The rosters may look rather different, but the crests on the front of the sweaters will remain, as is always the case in preseason play.

The Oilers are expected to lace an extremely youthful team comprised of only a handful of regulars, while Winnipeg will have a few of its top guns in action.

Mark Scheifele will make his preseason debut after an offseason of speculation, while Kyle Connor and offseason acquisition Gabe Vilardi will join up atop the team's first line. Norris Trophy candidate Josh Morrissey will also suit up on the blueline on Monday.

Expected lines for September 25 vs. Edmonton:

Connor Scheifele Vilardi

Barron Kupari Namestnikov

Ford Gustafsson Viel

Torgersson Lucius Reichel

Morrissey Salomonsson

Samberg Pionk

Stanley Capobianco
