The London Knights were able to dominate once again in Game 2 of the OHL Finals, this time winning by a score of 9-1.

The London Knights have taken a threatening 2-0 series lead in the OHL Finals against the Oshawa Generals — in a series that hasn't really been close.

It was Kasper Halttunen's hat trick that became the story in Game 2, two of which came on the powerplay. Oshawa was undisciplined once again in Game 2, and London was able to take advantage with four powerplay goals.

The Finnish winger has become a staple on the Knights first powerplay unit — a unit that has proven to be lethal throughout the entirety of the OHL Playoffs. This unit consists of Easton Cowan, Denver Barkey, Jacob Julien, Kasper Halttunen, and Oliver "bumper" Bonk.

In simple terms, the London Knights dominated in every facet of this game — just as they did in Game 1. Oshawa continues to find no answer to London's offence, and their defence continues to fall apart.

The Generals are still very much banged-up from their seven game series against the North Bay Battalion, and that has been evident through the first two games of this series. Oshawa is battling without Beckett Sennecke, Connor Punnett, and Matthew Buckley — creating three huge holes in their lineup.

Another story that emerged from this game was from Max McCue's goal to put the Knights up 8-0 at the end of the second period. McCue found himself wide open behind the Generals' net with lots of time, and he was able to pull off a Michigan goal .

This definitely added salt to the wound for the Oshawa Generals, and scoring a flashy Michigan goal in an OHL Final game to put your team up 8-0 is an arrogant move for McCue. Nonetheless, his goal made for an excellent highlight reel.

This series will now head up to Oshawa, where the Knights lead 2-0 and the Oshawa Generals will look to muster up something to make this a closer series in Game 3 and 4.

London officially has 17 goals through the first two games of this series. Easton Cowan has 8 points, Denver Barkey has 6, and Michael Simpson has only given up two goals against in net. They have completely dominated the Oshawa Generals.

Will anything change in Oshawa for Game 3? Or will the Knights let it pour offensively as they have through the first two games?
