The Saginaw Spirit and London Knights head into Game 6 with the Knights up 3-2 in the series. A preview of Game 6 which could take this series to a Game 7, or send the London Knights to the OHL Finals.

The fourth win always seems the hardest to attain. Whether it is at the major junior level or the professional hockey level, the fourth win in a seven game series is always the toughest.
The London Knights are currently seeing this first hand, as they lost their first opportunity to send themselves to the OHL Finals with a 4-2 loss in Game 5. On Sunday afternoon at the Dow Event Centre in Saginaw, the green and gold will have another opportunity to end the series.
On the other side, the Saginaw Spirit have the momentum on their side with their 4-2 win in Game 5. Nolan Lalonde has been outstanding between the pipes for the Spirit, and they are the first team who has been able to solve Michael Simpson on the other side.
Defender Rodwin Dionicio has been a consistent contributing factor in this series, as he has nine points through the first five games. The Anaheim Ducks prospect has had to step up offensively, as it seems that Zayne Parekh is a little banged up. Parekh missed Game 1 due to injury, and hasn't seemed the same since.
The Spirit have been getting offence out of all four of their forward lines, a strength they have but London does not.
It was announced yesterday that London will be without two players for five games due to suspension — Landon Sim and Kaleb Lawrence. Lawrence receives yet another five game suspension, after he just returned to the lineup after his previous one.
The Knights will be without Sim and Lawrence at least until the OHL Finals — if London makes it that far.
For the Knights, Easton Cowan — who was recently awarded the Red Tilson Trophy — has been a contributing factor in each game of this series. Cowan will be called upon to step up again if the Knights are going to advance to the finals, and you can bet that he will be all over the puck in Game 6.
The Knights and the Spirit play Game 6 at 2:00pm in Saginaw on Sunday, May 5th. If Saginaw gets the win, Game 7 will be played straight away on Monday night.
This has been an unbelievable series between the OHL's two best teams in the regular season, and we are set for an electric ending.
