The Knights have had a typically-aggressive off-season following a rebuilding year.
The London Knights seem to always be competitive in a new way every year.
Even in what was described as a "rebuilding year" in 2025-26 after back-to-back OHL championships, the Knights still solidified a top-four spot in the West, though they lost handily in the first round of the playoffs at the hands of the Soo Greyhounds.
This summer, London has begun to load up again, making a handful of intriguing signings to pair with the talent already on the team.

(Photo: Luke Durda/OHL Images)With top players such as Ryan Brown, Jaxon Cover, Linus Funck, Henry Brzustewicz, Braidy Wassilyn, Cohen Bidgood, Maksim Sokolovskii and Aleksei Medvedev returning, there will be plenty of known commodities in London as well.
But, there have been a few other signings that will try to push this team over the edge, including import Luca Santala, a pair of USNTDP guys in forward Kane Barch and blueliner Jackson Marthaler, and some free agent American signings in Thomas Zocco and Geno Carcone.
On the blue line, there should be some internal growth for players such as Jacob Vandeven, Cooper McAslan and Caleb Mitchell that will elevate the team.
There's a ton of depth on the wings and the blue line of this team, and while it might be a little thin down the centre comparatively, London looks like an A-tier OHL contender once again in 2026-27.
