The Sting look to get back into the playoffs for the first time since 2023.
It's been a tough few years in Sarnia, consistently missing out on the postseason while struggling to really develop a young core of players.
But, this summer has hopefully brought some light into an organization that's desperately needed it. They've made some exciting additions on the ice, and have focused on upgrading their facilities off of it as well.
Now, it's up to the group to finally take that step back into the playoffs for the first time since their 2023 Western Conference final run.

Easton Walos, Alessandro Di Iorio, Logan Hawery and Brenner Lammens should be a decent core up front, while Cameron and Kaden Aucoin should both be key members on the back end.
It'll be some of the big additions that really push this team forward, though. Simon Katolicky brings a ton of size and skill up front, while Cole Emerton should be a boost to the blue line. Ivan Tkach-Tkachenko has an inside path to become the starter in between the pipes.
Young Adrian Sgro, the fourth overall pick in this year's draft, could be a big boost to the defence as well.
The loss of Beckham Edwards to the NCAA certainly hurts, and this team is definitely unproven in some ways. But, they're better set up to get back to the playoffs, a place this organization has been without for far too long.
