Nathan Villeneuve has been suspended 15 games, and Evan Konyen has been suspended 10 games as the Sudbury Wolves investigation concludes.

The OHL has been investigating a case between the Sudbury Wolves and the Barrie Colts, and a specific discussion between Wolves players on January 18th when they played against each other.
The case has officially concluded, and the results are as follows: "The League's investigation revealed that Wolves players Nathan Villeneuve and Evan Konyen violated the OHL Social Media Policy in a manner detrimental to the welfare of the League."
Draft eligible seventeen-year-old Nathan Villeneuve has received a 15 game suspension, and Evan Konyen has received a 10 game suspension.
The Wolves have 9 games remaining in the OHL's regular season, meaning that these suspensions will be in effect through the playoffs and into the first round.
These are hefty suspensions for the two Wolves players. Not only have they taken away from their team's reputation off of the ice, but they have made them worse on the ice as well.
Nathan Villeneuve — the 2006-born forward — has been projected on many draft boards heading into this year's NHL entry draft. Whether this situation affects his draft stock is unknown, but it can't be good for his value. Villeneuve has 51 points through 56 games this season.
Evan Konyen — the twenty-year-old winger — is undrafted but has been a top-six forward for the Wolves for a few seasons. He has 47 points through 52 games this season.
It is clear that the OHL is taking this case very seriously, and the consequences that were handed out exemplify that.
