    As the regular season has concluded and we are well into the OHL playoffs, the OHL has announced each individual team's nominee for the Red Tilson Trophy.

    The Red Tilson Trophy is awarded each season to the Most Outstanding Player in the Ontario Hockey League. Each team has one player nominated to win.

    Here are the nominees:

    Barrie Colts - Beau Jelsma

    Brantford Bulldogs - Marek Vanacker

    Erie Otters - Pano Fimis

    Flint Firebirds - Coulson Pitre

    Guelph Storm - Jett Luchanko

    Kingston Frontenacs - Paul Ludwinski

    Kitchener Rangers - Carson Rehkopf

    London Knights - Easton Cowan

    Mississauga Steelheads - Chas Sharpe

    Niagara IceDogs - Kevin He

    North Bay Battalion - Anthony Romani

    Oshawa Generals - Calum Ritchie

    Ottawa 67's - Luca Pinelli

    Owen Sound Attack - Carter George

    Peterborough Petes - Liam Sztuska

    Saginaw Spirit - Zayne Parekh

    Sarnia Sting - Marko Sikic

    Soo Greyhounds - Kirill Kudryavtsev

    Sudbury Wolves - David Goyette

    Windsor Spitfires - Liam Greentree

    Included in this list are 15 forwards, 3 defencemen, and 2 goaltenders. 

    There is a case to make for almost all of these players. David Goyette finished the season atop the OHL in points, Anthony Romani lead the league in goals, and Zayne Parekh led all defencemen in points. 

    Matthew Maggio won the Red Tilson Trophy last season on behalf of the Windsor Spitfires. Here are the former winners of the last five seasons:
